About Me:

My passion is teaching young couples, encouraging them to enjoy their birth through evidence based information, up to date technology and interactive group learning.  I am certified with Lamaze International and have gone into retirement as a doula in order to focus more time on my classes. 

I have 20 years experience attending births on a part-time basis.  I completed Doula Certification Training through Childbirth Education Specialists and I am certified with DONA (Doulas of North America ) and CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association).
